My journey with chronic pain began at 17 when a driver rammed into me at 60 mph not realizing the light had turned red. From that day forward, I've tried everything for the pain that shoots down my back and my legs, including physical therapy to acupuncture to yoga to prescription pills to steroid shots and the list continues!
The severity of my pain led to sleepless nights which in turn led to bouts of anxiety and depression. There were days I couldn't get out of bed and there were days I didn't want to get out of bed. That in turn led to more prescription pills that left me groggy and emotionally numb.
Two years ago I learned about CBD and began studying and researching how CBD could help me. Over the past year, I have tried over 50 brands of CBD for overall wellness. I slowly stopped taking my prescription opiates and instead replaced them with CBD. My biggest challenges were finding CBD that I trusted to work, and that I could easily find without visiting a vape or smoke shop.
After spending hundreds of dollars on useless CBD products I decided I needed to share my findings with others who may benefit from CBD. Today, I am proud to launch a website dedicated to providing the resources and education on CBD. Over the coming weeks I will continue to add more information and learnings.

I am passionate about finding natural ways to help alleviate pain not only for myself, but also for others who are suffering. We should all have the chance to live our best life, and if you know me, I will find a way! Or in this case, I have found a way!
