FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $30. Free shipping applies to 50 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico.  Orders utilizing “Free Shipping” will be processed via USPS, with delivery times ranging from 3-16 business days.  You may upgrade to expedited services via USPS Priority (2-5 business days) or FedEx (2-3 business days) for an additional charge.  Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by My Pain Center.  

 

MINIMUM ORDER

To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet a minimum purchase of $30. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping charges.

 

DISCREET PACKAGING AND BILLING

Your privacy matters to us. Rest assured, your order will arrive in a plain, unmarked package, providing total confidentiality. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white envelope or box with no store or product information listed on the outside.

All purchases from our site will appear on your billing statement as “My Pain Center.”  

SHIPPING CARRIER

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS):

We currently offer Ground and Priority shipping options. Shipping times are estimated by USPS and not guaranteed by My Pain Center. USPS offers full tracking capabilities, which include updates once the package is shipped.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

FedEx:

We currently offer FedEx 2-day shipping.  2-Day refers to two business days.  Shipping times are estimated by FedEx and not guaranteed by My Pain Center.  FedEx offers full tracking capabilities, which include updates once the package is shipped.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

SHIPMENT TIME

  • Orders received by 10:00 AM EST (Monday - Thursday) are typically shipped the same day. This schedule may vary during holidays and promotional events.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by My Pain Center.  

 

PACKAGE PROTECTION

Opt-in for Route Package Protection for added security. It covers losses, thefts, or damages to your packages.

 

RISK OF LOSS

Once your order is with the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. If tracking shows delivery, but you have yet to receive it, contact your local carrier or file a claim with Route if you purchased package protection (claims.route.com)

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

My Pain Center is not responsible for melted or damaged products. If your product is melted or damaged, please file a claim with Route if you purchased package protection (claims.route.com).
