Clear Gummies FAQ (Florida Rule Change)

We are currently updating our gummies to comply with Florida’s new restrictions on color additives.

You may notice some batches have already transitioned to a clear gummy, while others may still contain color, depending on production timing.

All products are rigorously tested, labeled, and made with the same trusted formulas.

Why do some of your gummies look clear now?

We are in the process of transitioning our gummies to color-free versions in response to updated regulations in Florida, where many of our manufacturing partners and customers are located.

During this phase, you may receive a batch that’s already clear or one that still contains added color, depending on inventory and production timelines.

 

What changed in Florida?

Florida enacted new regulations restricting the use of color additives in hemp-derived edible products to reduce their appeal to children.

Some natural color additives may still be used if they serve a functional purpose beyond appearance. We’ve adjusted our formulations accordingly to meet these evolving standards.

 

I don’t live in Florida. Why did I receive clear gummies?

As a nationwide retailer, many of our manufacturers and customers reside in the state of Florida.

To simplify operations, stay ahead of evolving regulations, and ensure consistency, we’ve chosen to update all our gummies to a color-free version, regardless of your location.

You’re still getting the same product, just without added color.

Are the gummies still safe and tested?

Yes. Whether your gummies are clear or colored, they are third-party lab tested for potency and safety.

You can scan the QR code on your label to access the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your specific batch.

Does removing color change the flavor or effectiveness?

Not at all. Color impacts appearance, not flavor or effects.

We’ve made no changes to our formulas, flavoring, or cannabinoid content. You’ll still get the same experience you trust.

I received a colored gummy. Is it okay to take?

Yes. All of our gummies—whether clear or colored—are safe to consume, lab tested, and made using the same reliable formulas.

While we are transitioning to color-free gummies, all products currently shipping meet our quality and safety standards.

 

Will the label say if the gummies are color-free?

Not at this time, but you can visually confirm by checking the ingredients label or the gummies themselves. The formula and testing standards remain the same.

 

What color additives were removed?

We’ve removed both natural and artificial coloring agents from the formula to align with Florida’s definition of “added color.” This does not affect the taste, potency, or safety of the product.

Are any other products changing?

A small number of our other edibles, like certain syrups, may also appear clear as we align with updated Florida regulations.

These changes do not impact the formula, flavor, or effects.

 

Can I return a product because it looks different?

Our gummies may look different as we transition to color-free versions, but the formula, safety, and effects remain the same.

We’ve done our best to inform customers of this update on the product page and order materials.

Since this is a consumable item, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened.
