How to use Delta 8 Gummies

Take 1/2 or 1 gummy daily, or as needed, based on the desired Delta 8 and/or CBD MG intake.

I needed something to help me sleep. The product does take longer to kick in versus delta 9. It last longer in my case. The other products seem to wear off sooner. This product last all night or most of the night for me.
