FAQs
Orders received by 10:00 AM EST (Monday - Thursday) are typically shipped the same day. This schedule may vary during holidays and promotional events.
Due to the holidays, your order might experience processing and carrier delays. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships!
Because of the significant increase in online shopping this year, carriers are handling more packages than ever. Unfortunately, this has resulted in delays in packages being scanned into their system. While this typically results in a delay of 3-4 days, we've also seen it take up to 10 days to see any movement. We know the delays can be frustrating, but rest assured that your package has been shipped and is at one of their facilities, and they will process and deliver it as soon as they can.
Delivery times are based on your location. All orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse and via USPS or FedEx. USPS standard shipping is estimated to take 3-10+ business days after your order leaves the warehouse. USPS Priority shipping is estimated to take 2-5 business days, and FedEx is estimated to take 2-3 days. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by My Pain Center.
If you can't find an order that was reported delivered, please verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email and then look around different areas of the delivery location for your package. Also, please ask anyone who may reside at the delivery location. We also recommend waiting 48 hours as packages may be delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If your package is missing and you purchased Route Package Protection, you can file a claim here.
