FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $30. Free shipping applies to 50 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico.  Orders utilizing “Free Shipping” will be processed via USPS, with delivery times ranging from 3-16 business days.  For an additional charge, you may upgrade to expedited services via USPS Priority (2-5* business days) or FedEx (2-3* business days).  

To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet a minimum purchase of $30. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping charges.

*Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by My Pain Center.  Once an order is in the hands of a carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Due to high order volume and holiday shipping delays, your order may arrive later than usual. My Pain Center will be closed on the following dates so our employees can enjoy the holidays with their families:

  • Thursday, November 23, 2023
  • Friday, November 24, 2023
  • Friday, December 22, 2023
  • Monday, December 25, 2023
  • Monday, January 1, 2024 

 

You’ll receive an email with shipment tracking information when your order is ready for the carrier. Once an order is in the hands of a carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Opt-in for Route Package Protection for added security. It covers losses, thefts, or damages to your packages.

Route protects you if your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. My Pain Center recommends adding Route package protection to all orders at checkout. If Route package protection is not purchased, My Pain Center is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. To opt out, use the toggle on the checkout page. You can file a claim here if you purchased Route package protection and your package was lost, damaged, or stolen. Please include the email associated with your order and confirmation number to submit your claim: Checkout Route’s customer FAQ’s and terms and conditions for more information.

 

DISCREET PACKAGING AND BILLING

Your privacy matters to us. Rest assured, your order will arrive in a plain, unmarked package, providing total confidentiality. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white envelope or box with no store or product information listed on the outside.

All purchases from our site will appear on your billing statement as “My Pain Center.”  

 

SHIPPING CARRIER

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS):

We currently offer Ground and Priority shipping options. Shipping times are estimated by USPS and not guaranteed by My Pain Center. USPS offers full tracking capabilities, which include updates once the package is shipped.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

FEDEX:

We currently offer FedEx 2-day shipping.  2-Day refers to two business days.  Shipping times are estimated by FedEx and not guaranteed by My Pain Center.  FedEx offers full tracking capabilities, which include updates once the package is shipped.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

SHIPMENT TIME

  • Orders received by 10:00 AM EST (Monday - Thursday) are typically shipped the same day. This schedule may vary during holidays and promotional events.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by My Pain Center.  

 

RISK OF LOSS

Once your order is with the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. If tracking shows delivery, but you have not received it, contact your local carrier or file a claim with Route if you purchased package protection (claims.route.com).

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

My Pain Center is not responsible for melted or damaged products. If your product is melted or damaged, please file a claim with Route if you purchased package protection (claims.route.com).
